The short answer

Set out in advance which requirements apply before an invitation is sent, who verifies mandatory certificates before hiring, how non-placement is handled, and how media costs are billed. The decision to hire always stays with you.

What the AI filters and what you decide

Red Rocket distributes your vacancy through social campaigns. Candidates respond via WhatsApp, where our AI checks their answers against the requirements you specified in advance. If someone does not meet a hard requirement, that candidate automatically receives no invitation.

In the Cockpit you see each candidate's profile, answers, score, optional CV, and any follow-up questions. You evaluate. You decide who you invite and ultimately hire.

Fictional example: suppose you set a valid VCA certificate as a hard requirement. The AI asks about it. If a candidate does not have one? Automatically rejected. If someone claims to have it? Verification is on you. We give no legal guarantees about the accuracy of stated certificates.

What you put in writing

Before you start, create one document with your hard requirements: what leads to automatic rejection, who verifies which documents before hiring, and how you handle a candidate who leaves quickly after placement.

The AI filters on the basis of what you provide. If your criteria are vague, the outcomes will be too. We help you sharpen those criteria before we begin.

What we do not promise: volumes, turnaround times, or candidate behaviour on the labour market. That is outside our control.

Costs: no cure no pay and media budget

Our approach works on a no cure no pay basis. You pay a fee on placement, not before. That fee starts at 11% of the gross annual salary.

Fictional calculation example: with a gross annual salary of €36,000, the minimum fee is €3,960. With a higher salary, the fee increases accordingly.

The media budget for social campaigns is separate from this and falls under distinct terms. You agree on that in advance. No hidden costs afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

What if a hired candidate leaves quickly?

That depends on the guarantee agreements you make in advance. No cure no pay applies at placement. What happens after that, you set out in the contract.

Who verifies whether a stated certificate is genuine?

You do. Our AI asks about it and records the answer. Checking before hiring is your responsibility. We give no legal guarantees about stated qualifications.
