The short answer
A partner combining campaigns, initial conversations and qualification can support several stages of recruitment. Compare the actual responsibilities: who reaches candidates, checks requirements and handles personal follow-up? Red Rocket combines social campaigns with AI qualification via WhatsApp and supporting evidence in Cockpit.
Discuss your vacancy, our approach and your recruitment fee. A no-obligation, 30-minute conversation.
How the campaign inflow works
Red Rocket sets up paid social campaigns for your vacancy: ads on the platforms where your target audience is, tailored to role type and region. Candidates respond to the ad and enter the flow from there. The media budget falls outside the no cure no pay fee and has its own terms.
A candidate can start a WhatsApp conversation from the campaign. Check in a demonstration how that transition works, what explanation is provided and where candidates can ask questions. A shorter journey may help, but does not automatically make answers more honest or candidates more suitable.
What the AI qualifies and what it does not
The AI asks about agreed essential requirements and assesses the answers. An insufficient assessment may mean a candidate receives no invitation, without human intervention. Agree which criteria are essential and how unclear or misunderstood answers can be investigated.
Fictional example: you need a driver with a CE licence for early shifts in Utrecht. Initial qualification collects answers about the licence and availability. An answer about a licence is not a document check. Agree who verifies its validity before someone starts work.
What you see and what you decide
In Cockpit you receive the profile, WhatsApp conversation, qualification score, any submitted CV and suggested follow-up questions. Ask a partner to show such a profile: can you trace the conclusion to the answers and see what still needs checking?
Red Rocket delivers the inflow and the qualification. Personal follow-up, the interview and the hiring decision are yours. You verify certificates and diploma requirements yourself; Answers and documents still require appropriate human verification. The fee is no cure no pay, from 11% of the gross annual salary upon placement. Fictional calculation example: for a role with an annual salary of €36,000 that is €3,960. You discuss the exact percentage in a short call, depending on role and sector.

Frequently asked questions
Can the AI reject candidates on my behalf?
The AI can automatically send no invitation to a candidate who does not meet the hard requirements. The formal rejection is something you handle yourself.
Is the media budget included in the no cure no pay fee?
No. The media budget for the campaigns falls outside the fee and has its own terms. You discuss this separately.
