Start the conversation with people who are busy at work.

The next step starts with a conversation at the right moment. That's why we fit around the candidate's rhythm – during the day, in the evening, or at the weekend. Technology makes that attention possible, follows up, and brings the relevant information together. So early interest has room to grow into a genuine first meeting, with both sides knowing more.

Dutch labour market · Q3 2025

Active job seekers make up a small share of the labour market.

In this study, 12.3% were actively looking for other work. For employers, that's a reason to start a conversation outside of the job search too.

How we work

From first interest to a personal meeting.

We make the right candidate curious about a next step – in their career and in life. That curiosity starts a conversation: about experience, ambitions, and what they're looking for in an employer. The AI recruiter builds on those answers, follows up, and checks the fit with the role. All at whatever time suits the candidate, 24/7. That's how technology strengthens the human side of recruitment, leaving room for a meaningful first meeting.

  1. Smart reach that keeps improving

With smart campaign technology, we reach your target audience. We optimise continuously based on responses and qualification results, with your role as the starting point.

You also reach professionals who are not actively applying. After aligning on role, region and requirements, we can go live within 48 hours.

  2. Your AI recruiter qualifies, 24/7

The AI recruiter holds a WhatsApp conversation about experience, motivation, and availability. Your requirements are central: what a candidate needs to be capable of, and what your organisation needs.

You only speak with candidates who have been qualified against your requirements.

  3. 100% qualified in your Cockpit

You receive the profile, the WhatsApp conversation, the submitted CV, the qualification score and suggested follow-up questions. With all the information in one place, you make contact yourself.

The qualification is done. You decide what happens next.

  4. A personal meeting for the right match

The conversation is about the connection with your team, mutual expectations and practical arrangements. That way you can discuss whether someone also fits your culture.

You go into the conversation with insight, leaving room for the person.

Your data in the EU. Your AI.

We believe Europe's strength lies in protecting its people. That's why we build data protection into our technology from the very first design.

Data residency

EU-only processing

Candidate and client data is stored and processed within the EU. Our own servers are hosted with Hetzner in Germany. All services in the processing chain follow the EU route.

Your context

Your way of working as the foundation

The AI recruiter works with your vacancy, requirements, and conversation context. You review the outcomes in your own Cockpit. That way, recruitment stays connected to your organisation.

Protection

Agreements you can refer back to

Information about access, retention periods, processing, and our role at each stage can be found on the privacy and AI page. The collaboration includes a data processing agreement.

Before text is sent to an AI model, we remove or replace recognisable personal data. A name becomes [candidate], for example; an email address becomes [email address]. This allows the model to understand the question without that directly identifying information. Our privacy explanation also sets out the limits of this filtering.

A first conversation

Conversations via the apps candidates use every day.

From an advert, the candidate moves directly into conversation with our AI recruiter. It tells the candidate about the vacancy on behalf of the employer, asks follow-up questions, and explores whether the role is a good fit. Below, you can see how this works for a fictional installation company.

Hi Alex! Great that you've responded to our advert for electrical project planner at Noordlicht Installaties. I'm the AI recruiter from Red Rocket, recruiting on behalf of Noordlicht. We'll spend about 5 minutes exploring whether the role is a good fit. Sound good?

Yes, the projects mentioned in the advert particularly caught my attention.

Noordlicht is looking for an electrical project planner for schools and offices in the Alkmaar region, for 32–40 hours per week. You’ll plan the work, order materials and coordinate with technicians. Which parts of that do you do in your current role?

I prepare electrical projects at an installation company. I handle planning and materials myself, and coordinate with technicians together with the project manager. Five years now.

So you already handle planning independently. Tell me about a project where a delivery was late. What did you adjust?

During a school renovation, the distribution board arrived late. I worked with the site manager to adjust the sequence so the technicians could keep going.

How did you decide which tasks could continue? And what did your solution mean for the completion date?

I checked the drawings and materials room by room. We were able to complete the cabling first. I adjusted the schedule and called the supplier. The completion date remained achievable.

At Noordlicht you also work on multiple projects at once. How do you keep track when two site managers need something at the same time?

I look at what's actually blocking progress, agree on priorities, and log the arrangements in our schedule. If something isn't achievable, I call straight away.

You mentioned the projects as your reason for responding. What would you like to do differently in your next role? And do the Alkmaar region and 32–40 hours work for you?

I'd like to be involved in the design earlier. Alkmaar is close by, and I'm looking for 36 hours.

That's a good topic for the conversation with Noordlicht. Based on your answers, there seems to be a genuine fit. The employer will assess the match further. Would you like to add your CV and choose a time to meet?

Yes, I'd love to find out how early I can get involved in the projects.

Practical questions

What to know before we meet.

A professional working on technical drawings and models at his desk
What does Red Rocket do?

Red Rocket helps employers recruit new staff. We combine smart campaigns with AI qualification via WhatsApp, 24/7. In the Cockpit you receive qualified profiles, conversations, submitted CVs, scores, and suggested questions. You make contact and conduct the conversation.

Which vacancies does this work for?

We work for employers with a wide range of vacancies, from technical and logistics roles to customer service and professional services. We discuss upfront whether the role, region, and requirements are a good fit for the approach.

What does working together cost?

Our standard is no placement, no recruitment fee. On a successful placement, you pay between 11% and 19.5% of the annual salary. We agree the percentage and campaign terms in advance.

What if my company has no social media?

We can still recruit for you. We connect your own advertising account as standard. If you don't have an account yet, or can't arrange it yourself, we'll help you set one up or handle the advertisements for you. During the introductory meeting we discuss what is needed and agree the terms in advance. Our standard remains no placement, no recruitment fee.

When can we start?

If needed, we can go live within 48 hours. During the intake session, we align the role, campaign materials, and your requirements.

Who decides about a candidate?

The AI assesses answers automatically. An insufficient assessment can mean that a candidate receives no invitation, without human intervention. The employer decides who is ultimately invited and hired. The privacy and AI page explains this further.

Where is data processed?

Candidate and client data is stored and processed within the EU, including the AI route and the services for email and calendar. Identifiable personal data is removed or replaced before processing by a language model. Read on our privacy and AI page how this works and what the limits of the filtering are.
