The short answer
Administrative employees aren't actively looking. They don't visit job sites and don't respond to cold messages. Targeted social campaigns reach them in their daily feed, based on profile and region. They don't have to do anything to see your vacancy.
Discuss your vacancy, our approach and your recruitment fee. A no-obligation, 30-minute conversation.
Why job boards miss this type of talent
Administrative employees with a steady job don't visit job sites. They don't update their LinkedIn profile and don't register with agencies. That's not reluctance. They simply aren't looking, which makes traditional recruitment largely ineffective here.
A social campaign works differently. Your vacancy appears in their feed based on profile, region, and online behavior. They don't have to do anything to see it. If the ad resonates, they click through. That's how you reach people you'd never have found on a job site.
How the AI qualification works
Anyone who clicks through starts the AI assessment via WhatsApp. That assessment asks questions you've defined, based on the hard requirements of the role. Think of specific software knowledge, contract type, or availability. The AI evaluates the answers and automatically sends a rejection if someone doesn't qualify.
Illustrative calculation example: suppose your campaign reaches 600 people who match the profile. Of those, 50 click through to the assessment. Of those 50, 18 meet your hard requirements. Those 18 land in your cockpit. The rest automatically receive a polite rejection.
What you see in the cockpit
In the cockpit you see the candidate's profile, their assessment answers, and the corresponding score. If the candidate uploaded a CV, that's included too. Cockpit provides suggested follow-up questions through the platform if you want to know more.
The next step is entirely yours. You reach out, you conduct the conversation, and you decide whether to hire someone. We don't guarantee specific numbers of responses. The media budget is billed separately. On placement, you pay a fee from 11% of the gross annual salary. No placement, no fee.

Frequently asked questions
Can candidates claim to hold a certificate or diploma they don't actually have?
Yes, that's possible. We assess answers based on what the candidate submits. Certificates that are a hard requirement for the role must be verified by you as the employer before hiring. That's no different from any traditional application process.
How many responses can I expect from a campaign?
We can't guarantee that. It depends on the media budget, region, target group, and labor market availability. We don't make volume guarantees. What we do ensure is that everyone who lands in your cockpit has already completed the AI qualification.
