The short answer
Many clicks and few applications can have different causes: poorly matched visitors, a mismatch between ad and vacancy, unclear terms or a difficult application journey. First check the measurement. Then examine where visitors stop and test one focused change at a time.
Discuss your vacancy, our approach and your recruitment fee. A no-obligation, 30-minute conversation.
Check both the promise and the journey
A candidate clicks on your job posting out of curiosity. That click is not a commitment; it is a first look. What they see next determines whether they stay or leave.
Compare the ad with its destination page. Are the role, region, hours and salary information consistent? Then check on mobile that the page loads, forms work and the next step is clear. Leaving may also mean the offer does not fit.
Where in the funnel do you lose them?
Imagine a transport company posts a vacancy for a driver. The ad gets ninety clicks. Eight people apply. (Fictional example for illustration.) The question is not how to get more clicks. The question is why eighty-two people dropped off.
Divide the journey into measurable steps: landing, starting a response and completing it. Compare channels and devices where consent allows measurement. Also ask some candidates what was unclear. Do not draw firm conclusions from a small number of visits.
How Red Rocket lowers the barrier
Red Rocket recruits via social campaigns, reaching candidates where they already are. From that ad, a conversation starts via WhatsApp. An AI asks targeted questions and automatically checks the answers against the hard requirements of the role. If someone doesn't qualify, they automatically receive no invitation.
Those who do qualify appear in the Cockpit: profile, answers, score, and optionally a CV. You can ask your own follow-up questions. The conversation, the invitation, the hiring decision: those steps belong to you. We make sure only the people who meet your requirements end up on your desk.

Frequently asked questions
What does Red Rocket cost when the candidate is hired?
We work no cure no pay. Upon placement you pay from 11% of the gross annual salary. The media budget falls under separate terms. Ask about it in a conversation.
Can Red Rocket guarantee how many applications I'll receive?
No. We cannot guarantee upfront how many suitable candidates will respond to a specific vacancy. What we do: make sure the people who respond have been checked against your requirements, so you don't waste time on conversations that lead nowhere.
