The short answer

Red Rocket handles the social campaigns to reach candidates. An AI via WhatsApp checks responses against your hard requirements. Candidates who don't qualify automatically receive no invitation. You see everything in the cockpit and decide yourself.

Discuss your vacancy, our approach and your recruitment fee. A no-obligation, 30-minute conversation.

Campaigns that reach candidates you wouldn't find otherwise

The candidates you need aren't actively looking. They scroll. They see a well-targeted ad and think: this could work. Red Rocket builds and manages those campaigns. Targeting, copy, visuals – we handle it.

The campaigns run on the platforms where your target audience spends time. The media budget falls outside the fixed fee and applies under separate terms.

The AI qualifies fairly and automatically sends no invitation when someone doesn't fit

Anyone who responds to the campaign goes straight into a conversation with our AI via WhatsApp. It asks the questions you set in advance: work experience, availability, working hours, required certificates. The answers are checked against the hard requirements you defined. If a candidate doesn't meet them, they automatically receive no invitation. No phone call needed, no manual processing time.

Fictional example: suppose you're looking for a driver with a valid CE licence. The AI asks about it directly. Anyone who doesn't have one goes no further in the process. Verification of the licence remains your responsibility.

The cockpit gives you everything per candidate. You decide.

Candidates who pass the qualification appear in your cockpit. Per candidate you see: the profile, the answers given, the score against your requirements, and optionally the CV. You can set follow-up questions for the AI to ask before a candidate comes through.

After that, it's your call. You decide who to invite for an interview and who to hire. Red Rocket supports the process, but the hiring decision is always yours.
