The short answer
Job boards reach people who are actively looking. Logistics workers, think order pickers, warehouse staff and drivers, rarely look actively. You reach them through targeted social campaigns on Facebook or Instagram. Pre-screening runs automatically via WhatsApp, so you only see candidates who fit.

Logistics workers aren't actively looking
The people you're looking for are already working. An order picker in Tilburg isn't browsing Indeed after his shift. A warehouse worker in Venlo isn't scrolling through job boards. They're getting on with their lives, not looking at your vacancy.
That doesn't mean they're out of reach. It means you have to find them at a different moment, on a different channel. You have to bring your message to them, instead of waiting for them to find you.
Social campaigns reach people who aren't on job boards
With a targeted social campaign, you go to them. Via Facebook and Instagram you can reach people by postcode, age, employment status and interests. Someone who has worked nearby for years and picks up their phone on Saturday morning suddenly sees your ad.
Fictional example: imagine a campaign reaches 30,000 people in your region. Of those, 250 click through and 50 start the WhatsApp application. That's 50 candidates who would never have landed on your job board. This is an illustration; actual numbers vary.
WhatsApp pre-screening filters on your hard requirements immediately
Candidates who respond enter a WhatsApp conversation with Love, Red Rocket's AI. Love asks the questions you consider important: driving licence, availability, physical demands, travel distance. If an answer doesn't meet a hard requirement, Love automatically doesn't send an invitation.
What you see in the Cockpit: a profile, the WhatsApp answers, a score and optionally a CV. Cockpit provides suggested follow-up questions yourself. The decision of who to invite and who to hire stays with you.

Frequently asked questions
Can I decide which requirements are used for filtering?
Yes. You set the hard requirements Love tests against, such as a driving licence, availability or specific certificates. Candidates who don't meet them get no invitation automatically. Required certificates are for you to verify with the candidate directly; Answers and documents still require appropriate human verification on this.
What does it cost if I hire someone through Red Rocket?
Red Rocket works on a no cure no pay basis. When a placement is successful, you pay a fee from 11% of the gross annual salary. The media budget for the social campaign falls under separate terms. For an exact price for your vacancy, request a quote.
