The short answer
iRecruit describes a tailored fixed fee; Findr Crew charges a fixed monthly rate. These are different models: a fee for an assignment is not the same as a monthly subscription. Red Rocket’s standard is no placement, no recruitment fee, from 11% of annual salary upon successful placement, with media and terms separate. Compare the full assignment and payment triggers, not just the pricing label.
Bring one vacancy and your questions about costs. In 30 minutes, we discuss the approach, your recruitment fee and the costs and terms we agree in advance.

Fixed fee and no placement, no fee answer different questions
Fixed fee describes how the amount is determined. No placement, no fee describes when a fee becomes payable. A fixed fee does not automatically mean paying upfront, and a salary percentage does not automatically mean no placement, no fee. Read the actual terms covering start-up costs, placement, duration and cancellation.
At Red Rocket, no placement, no recruitment fee concerns the recruitment fee upon successful placement. Media budget and internal time are separate costs. This page does not introduce a new Red Rocket fixed-fee package or assume guarantees from other providers.
Which cost structure fits your vacancy volume?
For one vacancy, establish what a completed assignment costs and what happens without a hire. For ongoing recruitment, also compare capacity and minimum duration. A fixed monthly amount can provide clarity, but cost per hire is only known once actual hires are counted.
For example, a chosen monthly amount of €4,000 over three months gives €12,000 in assignment costs. With two hires that is €6,000 per hire before any extra costs. With zero hires, report €12,000 in costs and zero hires rather than a calculated cost per hire. This is an illustration, not a named provider’s rate or a forecast.
Compare quotes on the same five points
- Which campaigns, sourcing and conversations are included?
- Which media, software and internal hours are extra?
- When do you pay and what happens without a hire?
- Which duration, exclusivity and replacement terms apply?
- Who assesses experience and handles personal follow-up?
Bring one vacancy and two quotes to a conversation. The cost explorer separates salary basis, media and internal time. A lower percentage is only meaningful when the scope and terms are also known.

Frequently asked questions
Does every recruitment agency charge 20 to 25 percent?
No. That range is not a universal rate. Salary percentages, fixed assignment fees, monthly rates and hourly models exist. Request a current quote.
Is Red Rocket a fixed-fee provider?
The standard is no placement, no recruitment fee, from 11% of annual salary upon successful placement. Media budget, salary basis and other terms are agreed in advance.
Is the cheapest model always best?
Compare the same scope, actual hires, internal hours and terms. More responses or a lower starting price do not establish lower total costs.
