What does the cockpit show?
Every qualified candidate profile contains four fixed elements: profile, answers, score and optional CV. Follow-up questions only appear if you or we set them up for that vacancy in advance. Everything the candidate entered via WhatsApp is shown verbatim: unfiltered, unedited.
The AI checks every answer against the hard requirements you set in advance. If a candidate does not meet a required VCA certificate or a minimum work experience you specified, the AI automatically sends no invitation. That profile does not appear in your cockpit. You only see who actually passed.
How do you read the handover as a recruiter?
You open a profile and read the answers back verbatim. There is no AI summary at the top, no conclusion. The AI has screened; the assessment is yours.
Fictitious calculation example: suppose you receive twelve profiles for a forklift driver vacancy. Four candidates did not provide the required class E driving licence. Those are not included. Of the eight you do see, you want to probe three further on their availability, so you send targeted follow-up questions via the cockpit. Then you decide yourself who to invite. The conversation, the assessment and the final hire are always yours.
What the AI qualification does not do
There is no integration with an ATS. No telephone screening by us. There is no guarantee on the number of profiles: how many candidates respond to the campaign depends on the market, the job profile and the media budget. That media budget falls under separate conditions and is separate from the placement fee.
Certificates or diplomas that candidates provide, you verify yourself before hiring anyone. The AI records the answer. Verification is your responsibility. We do not provide a legal guarantee on the accuracy of information provided. Placement works on a no cure no pay basis, from 11% of the gross annual salary.
