Qualified candidates, without having to call 15 of them per day (and answer 5)

The job market is on fire, but it's certainly not completely quiet. Many people who have jobs are actively looking for a new challenge that can offer them more than their current employer. With some job openings, this can even lead to high volumes of applications. Especially in the technical market, we see a lot of movement. For example, take a look at this case.

What happened is that, due to the low-threshold way of applying, the volumes increased enormously. Up to over 100 applications per month. However, that would mean that someone had to review, assess, and perhaps even make contact with all 100 applications, given the limited amount of data available at this stage of the application.

It turned out that this took far too much time. That's why we decided to create a chatbot within this campaign to take over these repetitive tasks. That already sounds quite time-saving, but it has another advantage; Earlier, we published a video in which we said that it's important to strike while the iron is hot. Ideally, you should contact within 5 minutes, because the application is then 100% top of mind.

But, since more than 50% of the target group applies outside office hours, that's practically unattainable. A chatbot also solves this problem directly. An application goes through Red Rocket's servers, which immediately send a WhatsApp message to the applicant, so that the first phase of the application can be initiated. At any time of the day.

This way, you can ensure in a scalable and individual way that the target group can learn more about the job they are applying for in the language of your organization, and the chatbot can ask the right questions that automatically validate whether the candidate fits the profile.

The case we just shared proves that since the COVID-19 crisis, people are perfectly capable of communicating with chatbots. As long as they are clearly built and people don't get stuck in a loop.

Let me know what you think!
