We try to make it as easy as possible for the user. By showing as few hurdles as possible, while still gathering all the answers that you as our customer find so important. We do this by using the right tone of voice, the use of buttons, but don't forget timing. If someone applies at 17:00, and doesn't finish the conversation, we would normally send a reminder 12 hours later. That often works, but sometimes it doesn't. That's why we now ensure that users are only re-approached at so-called Christian times. That and more below in our video:
